Frozen in vacuum sealed bags a half gallon at a time makes transporting milk home and saving for later a snap! When ready to use, simply defrost in the bag in the refrigerator, or for a quick defrost, toss the bag in hot water. Whole goat milk is a delicious, nutritious replacement for cow’s milk. Our milk usually lasts at least 7 days in the refrigerator. It freezes extremely well and will last up to a year. Milk is a raw, unpasteurized product. Personally, I pasteurize my own milk before use, but some people choose to use it raw. Per Kansas state law, raw milk may be purchased only on the farm, no shipping or delivery.
