It freezes extremely well if you purchase extra. Per Kansas law, milk sold from the farm is a raw, unpasteurized product. Personally, I pasteurize my own milk before use, but some people choose to use it raw. Per Kansas state law, raw milk may be purchased only on the farm, no shipping or delivery. Milk is sold $5 per half gallon, $10 for full gallon. Milk will be packaged in vacuum sealed bags, or bring your own ½ gallon Mason jar to fill.
